Vipassana Meditation with Goenka.
I was asked to do some reversals on the mediation techniques of Vipassana with an Eastern Indian teacher named Goenka (I hope I spelled this right).
This was taken from Youtube and lasted about 8 minutes. There are of course, lots of reversals and from what I heard this teacher was very honest and seemed to be without much ego and not lying. I often find just the opposite with some spiritual leaders. He does have a rather strong accent and so I didn’t include too much of the forward speech.
I have also included two short forward clips and some reversals from another man whose name I don’t know, who is also a teacher of the Vipassana meditation techniques. He is an American and so easier to understand.
In both cases, their honesty comes through. But both of them know within the RS mind, that there is no liberation until the net comes down. I also believe that if you are doing meditation without shielding, your energy is easier to feed upon by these reptilian parasites. So if you feel that you would still like to meditate, at least put some protection around yourself so you aren’t such an easy meal.
Until Planet X gets us out of here, we are all in the same boat. No liberation until then. It’s just that simple.

There is no group that is liberated, chosen, special or saved. Your beliefs won’t guarantee anything. Arm in arm, we are all getting out of this together. Yes, One for all and all for One. The liberator is traveling the heavens and the iron planet will rip the net to shreds.

There is a new meditation coming out called Dance the Earth. It is on Sept 15th and is similar to FTG in the way that it is a global meditation for the purpose of healing/celebrating the earth. It is my feeling that we should stay away from meditations such as this until the net comes down. As a matter of fact, I don’t do any more group meditations at all. This is sad because I used to enjoy doing this, but I think it is the prudent thing to do until the net comes down. From the story above, it seems we need to be careful whenever doing meditation, even if alone. More holding and waiting, sigh….

I find it interesting why Sept/Oct is so plauged with bad things happening. It is ironic that it is a very important month to the Hebrew people. I think 4 or 5 of the 7 yearly Sabbaths are in their month of Tishri (Sept/Oct). Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), Sukkoth (Feast of Tabernacles) are the major things happening this month.
So, what are those bad-evils planning now? I don’t think they know when PX will be here, but they sure can be planning some haarp or scalar weaponry events. Bush and his rep-cronies are chomping at the bit to get us into Marshall(sp?) Law. Or maybe Maitreya and Jesus-Sananda and those new age masters are planning to make their apperance? But I think they are waiting till after something major happens to “appear” to us all. Oh, come on Father, come on - let’s get this going already!!!

Yes, this is how I do it. Using the breath, feel yourself surrounded with strong armor, or brilliant light. I breathe into this and let my whole body feel the power of it. It isn’t gentle at all, it is a potent force of protection around myself.
You will find what works for you just make it strong and powerful.
What’s everyone’s opinion on Qi Gong? You are fully awake during it, it’s a more complex version of Tai Chi it’s about balancing your body and pumping up your energy field. I feel much stronger after doing it. It seems to clear a lot of programming in my opinion.

Also, the feasts you mentioned for Sept/Oct involve maturing energies. Earlier in the year you have Feast of Passover (April) and Feast of Pentecost (June). These take place in the seed harvests (barley and wheat respectively). These signify beginnings but Tabernacles is during the wine harvest and speaks of maturation. It will be an interesting time for all kinds of things this year, financial and political etc. These are significant occult energies and involve ritual.

QiGong is indeed about balancing energy by bringing in the energy of the Earth. However, there are quite a few cases of people who have unbalanced themselves energetically by using QiGong improperly. We studied it and were required to practice it when I was in school for Massage Therapy. The problem is that people don’t always understand our internal energy and pump up the wrong meridians leaving them jitzu (over-charged, so to speak) in one area and kyo (deficient) in others. It’s always best to have one who is knowledgeable to instruct you initially until you know what you are doing and are able to gage your energy accurately.
Here in Kansas just saw two ufos at the same time. They sort of played with each other and than split up. One stayed visible and left to the west and another disappeared in front of me while it left to the east. They were both white balls. I don’t think I’ve had this many ufos sightings in my life! I knew to look up and wait for them which is another strange thing LOL

Great material to work with here.
Red Elk warns about not letting fear take control and to not trust anyone. The demon he spoke about is his chronic problem with digestion in real life and he needed mineral oil will help this problem (Personal comments come up all the time in his RS). He confirmed that the snake, lizards and ELF (aliens) all ‘know’ the One and he confirms Nibiru is the One’s protection right now therefore people standing up to reptiles are right strong.
Two things jumped out for me to comment on:
1. serpent is now in a 3D medium beside the whore
2. We just don’t win with this new gun now.
I think one of David Oates metaphors might fit for whore but he misses that the whore means reptiles: WHORE (Structural) may refer to the whore of Babylon; the rocelin spirit; to be having sex with the beasts of the mind and encouraging others to do the same.
Oates metaphor on serpent has only one fit ‘snake’ and gun could be a partical fit. SERPENT (Structural) see Snake deception; cunning; temptation (But it does not mean the other part Oates has posted which is: to heal and cure.) GUN (Structural) an aggressive move; to persuade with great force. Trance image; a gun.
But, the serpent in 3D medium next to the whore comes where he is taking about his own CD that is for sale. So I think he is talking about himself as the serpent being in 3D next to the whore. I think this is because he is disgusted that he is ‘selling’ himself. Just my opinion and I don’t see Red Elk as a serpent or deceiver in the hours of material I have reversed on him.
And because he was talking about prayer to solve the earth conditions in forward on the other item, I think the gun is prayer. He is saying prayer will not win this battle. Again just my opinion.
Very interesting zerph. I agree that Red Elk hates having to sell stuff he complains about it a lot. He says listen I want to give as much info away for free that I can but I have a lot of medical bills. He’s a very interesting being to me I smile everytime I think of his face and that knowing look he gives. Another great thing about him is he says go test what I tell you don’t take my word for it because I could have lied to you. The best people want you to do your own work not just take their word for it.

I practice Spring Forest Qigong, which is a very simple form. My reversals (on myself)found that Master Cunyi Lin is a nail to the reps!

I have downloaded some of Red ELk and plan to listen in the next few days. I had some audio, but it was mostly about him taking a break. I went to You TUbe and got some of him talking about meeting Lucifer and going into the underground with protective angels. I’m curious to see what that is going to reveal.

Thanks for that link on Qigong. My sense is that if you are working to balance yourself and stay strong, this can’t be bad.
I think that unprotected meditation is giving your energy to any reps around to suck out while you are shut down and quiet.
Accepting all that is happening as just fine is way more that I could ever do and I am no pacifist.
With QiGong you work with your field/energy but always put it back into your own body. You do not give it away.
We have an ending practice where you collect your energy by rubbing and patting areas of the body to be sure that it stays and strengthens…
i think dancing is great too! i recently had the opportunity to shake my booty for 3 hours to some hip hop. great energizer and back fixer! :-)
I heard that a lot of the N.A. elders are withdrawing from public service at this time, hopefully not going down into the caves with the ‘protective’ angels!!
Just a little quick comment here. A white buffalo calf was born in South Dakota last month. This has been foretold, and it does not mean something good. It means chaos. Bad times ahead. White buffalo always bad news. They carry the sacred spirit, but they also carry judgement. How do I know? I asked the medicine man.

You’re welcome, FF. Again, as with the “rift/rent” in space as told somewhere in the 2012 prophecy, I think it depends on perspective. Some see the White Buffalo as a bringer of bad news (your medicine man) while others see it as the bringer of hope…just to add to the confusion! : { I try not to take it all too seriously and freak myself out but to see it from both sides and then find my OWN way. I may not know exactly what I am doing moment by moment (so to speak) but I AM sure of my motives. It’s the only way I can get through the day without getting to depressed to move!

I also agree. Maybe a white buffalo calf is just that, a beautiful white buffalo calf.
Albino’s occur in a lot of different species but they are usually the first eaten because they can’t hide with that color in the wild. The best place to see them would be at a zoo where they are protected from predators.

That pink dolphin is really quite something. A little info about bull dolphins, Did you know that they kill, no not the fish they eat, but males have been observed ramming small porpoises “to death”, they practice on porpoises for when they have to kill another males calf, much like the lions of Africa, Sad but true.
And Orcas, The Killer Whales, kill Humpbacks especially the babies. That is really disturbing to me. I guess the idea of peaceful crustaceans is not really true.
Dolphins attack sharks.
You’re right Miriam, they eat (only) the tongue, it seems that every meat eater has a darkside, but not the herbivores, I’ve seen some stunning videos on youtube about herbivores saving other animals (beautiful & touching), I did watch a documentary once and the presenter said “the world over, herbivores can’t stand the presence of carnivores” (even one’s which pose no threat to them), but they welcome fellow herbivores,
and here’s a little info I learned before discovering Peggy “the Pleiadians only eat raw fruits and vegetables, and only drink fruit juice and nectar” and I also heard that the grays are the evolutuion path of cetaceans, which would explain thier appearance and way of communicating “clicking and whistles”.
For anyone interested in animals, I recommend a fantastic book called “When Elephants Weep”. It will open your eyes to our fellow natives. I treasure them.

I think every species here has been affected by the negative energies. I don’t think any species, human or otherwise, is immune.
Goats and cows are herbivores and some of them are downright nasty.
But each individual may have their story.

Yep, he became vegetarian because of health problems “which his mother also suffer from” although he would eat meat on special occasions to be polite to his host/ess, and he did clear himself of them problems and remained a vegetarian all of his life afterwards, this may also be, but his plan was to convert all of Germany to a vegetarian lifestyle, thus spiritually renewing the Aryan race,
