Protection and Shielding.
Roxanne suggested that we have this category for information about techniques to protect oneself, and loved ones. I know that we don’t have a whole lot of time to put up with the attacks both physical, mental, psychic and emotional but for now, many here are targeted.
My first and most important suggestion is to call upon the One, our true Father/Mother God and Creator to help. This is the key as far as I am concerned.
Also, using your mental abilities to shield, and protect yourself is important. Use you mind to create a very strong barrier around yourself. It can be like a suit of armor, or an electrically charged field. Boost this with your mind, and your breath. Pump yourself up as if preparing for the big game.
This can be visual or just a feeling, but make it strong, no gentle white light. It has to be a fortress.
So please, add your input and suggestions. I know it will be very helpful for those here.
When I visualize the strong white light being bursted out of my heart area as I breathe out, I kinda see all that is not of pure goodness thrown out of my field. So what I picture are a bunch of reps and greys tumbling and falling going outward. Peggy, love your explanation. Big hug to you and everyone else. I think I will be staying home May 1, just in case.

I have been browsing around this site for a while and find all of the topics indescribably fascinating…although I do have several questions that I can’t seem to find answers to. On the topic of protection, how exactly would one go about “using your mental abilities to shield, and protect yourself”? Would one just think of an indestructible wall around him/herself and that’s all there is to it? That just sounds a little too easy to be any kind of protection against a race of highly brutal and deceptive creatures who have been around since the creation of humankind. Sometimes a lot of this connects and makes sense to me on a deep level, but I just can’t see how pretending that there is something around you could serve as protection other than giving a hollow emotional sense of security. I do not wish to offend anyone, or anything like that. I am just really confused and concerned. Thank you for your time.
Hello everyone. Think i may have a take on understanding the need for a shield, to quote a saying ” satans biggest trick was to convince humanity that he does not exist” Meaning so many people all over the world tend to live their lives locked into a box within a manufactured controlled and manipulated reality, something these repts have done to all of us by masking themselves and keeping their presence a secret therefore locking us within a world view of ignorance about who and what we all really are. And in doing so is able to influence and corrupt us in ways that continue to play out on earth such as wars, corruption, greed the list goes on. So being aware and knowing that they are a real, we can protect ourselves just as Jacqueline says. I hope I am getting this right, I see it this way, IF people are not aware of these repts they leave themselves open to attack and by having knowledge about them, you at least now have that all important awareness that they are the ones that create all the problem we witness played out on a globlal scale and can now through the knowledge of there existence, we can keep them from attacking us psychically.
Roc - Hopefully others will be posting their techniques they use for protection and shielding. The key is to call on The One True Source Creator, first off. Who knows for sure what is happening, but there seems to be some effectiveness of using our own energies. Even within this net paradigm we still have access to The One. It maybe be greatly compromised and minimal, but it is still there. It is my understanding that Peggy (and others) have determined through RS that the reptilians would not be able to (or could not) operate this, or any paradigm, by blocking all from The One. As I see it, if we call on The One often, we multiply or magnify the small percentage of what SHOULD be at our disposal. (It could be said that Rept implanted religions have demonstrated this by the use of traditional ‘prayer’, which is focued on false or rept ‘gods’.)

To start you out - one thing you can experiment is calling on The One. That’s what I do first, especially if I am awakened at night and don’t have the wherewithall to remember a long technique. I have kind of trained myself to call on The One when in distress!

You can also elaborate on that: Breathe in and call on The One, and breathe out and visualize (pranicmegan adds here to in essence, ‘push out’) an orb or bubble of Light, which has the essence of The One True Source Creator (aka ‘Dad’ to many) surrounding yourself and growing larger with each breath. You can also see the outer edge of the ‘orb’ with outward facing mirrors, which reflect any negative energy, including reptilians, etc. Another image you can use is weilding a sword and ‘patroling’ the outer edges of this orb in full power against any intruders, especially reptilians.

You can accompany this with an affirmation if you want. I use the following (I will use it here with your-Roc’s- name):

“I am SO happy and grateful now that Roc and all of Roc’s loved ones are now ALWAYS, and in all dimensions, completely safe and protected healed and loved by The One True Source Creator, and they are happy joyous and free, safe and protected and loved, healthy and strong and ALWAYS completely safe and protected from all evil, aliens, reptilians, hybrids, and others and their nets, machinations, agents, weapons, and destruction, beyond their wildest, happiest, dreams.”

I say this affirmation frequently for myself, my loved ones, people on the blog, my horses, etc.

Another thing you can do is say this for the children who need rescuing, using a visualization of them being rescued by the Allied Forces of Light. This can probably be done on an individual basis, as well as how folks are using it for masses and non-specifically.

Thank you so very much for posting this section! As I have been involved in Spirit Rescue work for over 30 years, Protection & Shielding was my first response to your work.
Alex Collier’s material seems to suggest that the reptiles have a heart under each arm pit, a soft spot just above the groin, & “beheading” is the ultimate kill. My first vision had been when the net comes down what the initial response/reaction would be to “a reptile in your face”, so to speak.
I know that for many, the suggestion of, “This can be visual or just a feeling, but make it strong, no gentle white light. It has to be a fortress.”, may seem too weak to work, but I feel it is because many have been convinced they are powerless. I know there is much power available to those that will try it. I add a mantra of “ONE”, go into meditation, center in that energy & it seems to disperse reptilian energy making a return to wholesome/centered/positive energy.
Since battling with Satanist/Reptiles in the 1980’s, we tried every kind of ritual, or whatever available, to NO avail. Most rituals & such were much too masculine, & rooted in their systems. Goddess/female energy burst through to blast the situation back into balance. There is something to this.
I was also sent a book from “Health Research Foundation” friends out of California called, “The Awesome Force”. It basically said, “if one is totally center in/on their OWN Spiritual Path, a Divine Providence is provided”. I’ve found the proof in the pudding.
I’ve listened to interviews with people trained/ manufactured to be, “The Ultimate Weapon” by Black Op’s, who have stated “yes there are people that no mattered what they did to try to kill of otherwise affect that individual, nothing in their arsenal worked.” i.e. mind control, poisons, modern tech “attack”, etc. “They were just too Spiritual evolved, or something.”
I too feel the urgency to offer protection for these times. I am obsessed now it seems, since I ran across your work. I will continue my research & post when I have more info.

When I protect myself, as I have done since I was a child, I use the pump action like all of you do, I feel the energy emanate from my chest like it is bursting through, i feel the light going through my entire body expelling all of the negative energies which have attached to me and push them out. always breathing and with every exhale pushing the energy harder. also you can protect yourself as well as other and you house even by doing the same thing. but the weird part is i always did this even when i was a little kid before i read anything about anything so i guess it is just an innate thing in all of us :)

Hi Anoldspider, Thanks for putting the link to Alex Collier. I saw how he said to protect - “run” and later to call on The One for protection, I wonder if you can do both at the same time!!! Has Alex Collier ever been reversed?
I also asked about questions of self defence in the spiritual/ physical, its a sin to kill? What if they are clone/human implant/grey /rept etc. Hows how Alex said they know what we are going to do anyway before we do - so I guess staying CALM and calling on THE ONE for protection is about all we can do. Though I think this would be a challenge to do for most.

I think music can serve as great protection. I think, the reps hate the clear human voice filled with pure melodies. I lisen for example renaissance music. No instruments, only human voice full of melodies about joy and Love. Every time I listen these songs, I feel something is changeing around me, I do not know what, but everything seems to be clearer and less ” cloudy”.
yesterday my brother saw a strange cloud on the sky. He told me that it was no ordinary cloud. He recorded as he spoke about this and he told himself in reverse, that this cloud was a “yacht” and he heard the phrase: “Nebula, we have to reach it” and the word: “Nibiru”. Scary….

I made a reverse record about one of my favourite songs, and i heard the following phrases: “make it brighter, guide us” And in the end: “I am Light” I showed my brother the record, and he heard this phrases too. :-)

Regarding your “chip” problem, I think magnets are a PERFECT DETERRENT. If you pluck a magnet on your desktop computer near the hard drive, or wave it around the hard drive, it will wipe out every singe piece of information.

From what I can percieve, their mind control chip can work two ways. One, it has a “hard drive” where it has stored information on what to program you with. Or it is a sender of your brain signals to a remote reciever (and/or vice versa). When you wave a magnet around, it will not only descramble the signal but may also wipe out the program in the chip (assuming if it’s a reciever or a sender, as even such devices need to be programmed).

My friend had a cold and I hung around him past few days and before a cold I feel pain in my bones/tired..might of killed it…last year i almost got a cold and did the same thing…so 2 years cold free.

Hi everyone been having on and of success learning reversals, I find altering the graphic equalizer setting while changing the pitch during speeding up and slowing down helps. Also a couple of mates of mine are not so convinced YET… I’ll work on them :). Anyway one suggested after listening to a coast to coast show on youtube with george noory and jordan maxwell ( the topic was about the ouija board ) and weather george should go ahead with a live broadcast. Well Jordan Maxwell talked him out of it, so me and two others thought we give it a try someday soon… maybe during the weekend when we will have some time. I was attacked Sunday night and woke up Monday with puncture marks on my vein on my upper left hand, very swollen, and in pain. This is where blood is taken out for my blood tests.
It was an abduction, my hand was punctured and blood taken out, and maybe something injected in.
Roger emailed me that he had been horribly attacked too. I called him up, and he knew his vein in his arm had been pierced by a needle and perhaps some poison injected. He also was attacked in his solar plexus and his head, which happens often!!
They were taking blood and injecting us for some reason. This came during our sleep, where we were given artifical dreams that we couldn’t wake from!!
Roger and I are both Warriors against the Reptilians and their minions.
Yes Dianne this happens to me quite often. The days i wake up feeling lethargic i also notice that there are wounds on my body which bleed easily.

Great visualization and affirmation Roxanne thanks for sharing. Now I have done visualizations of light blasting from the ONE for a long time. In my mind the light from the ONE puts us at a higher vibration and the Chitauri and their puppets can’t stand it. They burn in it and run and scream and leave the earth only to be captured by the ONE’s spiritual Army. I have always known that the stronger the light the more unbearable it is to the forces of negativity.
Kannon - I agree - that’s why the bottom line for me for any protection, and what I suggest, is calling on The One. I think the repts can’t take the energy of The One, so when you focus on The One, it repels them. And possibly just the presence of The One burns them without any aggressive action needed!
Maybe it’s a fantasy story I made up to feel safe, but too many folks report success about this.
Roxanne and everyone, I feel like a klutz. :( In your opinion, how should it feel (and where should I feel it) if the shielding is working? It seems like I’m pretending…
Claudette - It does seem like you’re pretending, because that’s how the repts want you to feel. I suggest keeping it simple at first, and just call on The One. when I awake in the night and know I’ve been messed with, I just say, over and over: “The One True Source Creator” until I can get it together (wake up) to do more. Sometimes that is enough.

The next thing would be breathing in saying The One True Source Creator (or The One, or whatever you use) and feel (imagine it?) the energy of The One coming into yourself through the breath. On the outbreaths see a orb-like protective ’shield’ growing around you, larger and larger with each outbreath. This orb is filled with the energy of The One True Source Creator. As you practice with that you can add the outward facing mirrors, the sword held in hand against evil, or whatever YOU imagine to make you feel empowered and protecting yourself. The orbs can grow very large - I have used them for the earth sometimes. I often use them for my loved ones too….. hope this helps.

If you can’t get very far, it’s ok. Maybe just think of the love and power of The One, and how you are very loved and protected by The One…..and feel your power. And The One’s power - strong, powerful, invincible….

Jacqueline and Logan :/ Been reading up on this ouiji board and they report over and over again the same type warnings you gave me about this board. Ok I know and admit I’m new to all of this and at times tend to be carried away by the urge to find out more and jump into the pool without checking if its been filled so gonner chicken out now just to be on the safe side. Maybe let my mates do this and get them to record it while I’m at a safe distance :) (JUST KIDDING) I’m suppose to be the one to make the board, but I won’t now, I’ll just focus my effects on R.S, got to tell you all this R.S is mind blowing never have I ever been so hooked as I am with R.S learning takes a while getting use too but fun :). On the ouija boards, I think that using them and pretty much anything that attempts to reach out beyond the confines of our net-prison - even listening to reverse speaking - is like unto waving a big flag on the other in the astral “hey, lookie here at me, I am attempting to “look” outside of my box for information” and the reps come running to immediately mess with you and any information they give you is probably bunk to some degree or another. It brings you to their attention when I would much rather them not “see” me at all. JMHO.

first you have to pracitce forming energy balls. rub you hands together, causing the energy friction, then stop and move them out a half an inch, then back and out and back until you feel the energy well.. now slowly work the energy as you would a snow ball, you can feel it forming, at this point we would throw the ball to each other and catch it and throw it back. this ball can also be used as a healer, direct the energy ball with your hands onto a tender joint and tell the joint that you have some healing energy gathered for it and littleraly immerse the joint in the energy…
I have been studying the bodies energies and how to mass and direct them for .lol want to say ever, but in this life time about 30 or so years…

Like I talked about a few months ago…when I would close my eyes and throw the soles one eye into both frames …had a hard time doing this at first but now easyer. You close your eyes and look for the far light looking strait( or just look for the boxes)..but pulling it into other eye frame was hard for me at first.

Tonya Nice ball trick….I was thinking about it and just by looking threw one eye open then looking out the other eye..you can throw the ball faster…we only use one eye at a time( third eye is one) just like crossed eyed people mosly only use one..The ball could help controling the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. thanks for tip.

I found this site yesterday and I spent 12 hours sitting in front of my pc reading all I could and these are my thoughts about it.
It´s kinda hard not to get freak out or panic with this information but i also know that things doesn´t happened for a chance so I think i came here at the right. I was born in a traditional catholic family but since I remember i always look for the truth, reading all kind of books (Buddhist,hinduism,islam,meditation, Egypt, Mediums, etc) which set-me up for this special moment.

I am going to post some articles on Pranic Healing (MY version of it) but that will take me HOURS to write up … and I have the article below ALREADY done.

Why Learn Chakral Body Healing?
What is the etheric body? And why would you want to learn how to heal it?
Well there are many reasons, and they are all good! Whenever I am reading something about this sort of thing I love it when they include real life examples. So during this article I will attempt to put in as many real life examples as I can. Firstly let us look at what the Chakral or Etheric Body IS.
The Etheric Body.
What is known as the etheric body is an energy body, it is comprised of much finer vibration than the dense physical body, but it is just as real. With practice you can feel this energy body with your hands. Pendulums can also be used to detect the energy body. Your energy body is in constant flux and flow, it is not a stagnant pool, and the centres of greatest flux and flow are called Chakras (simply spinning wheels of energy in the sanscrit language). These Chakras conduct energy around/through our bodies, and they are the entry points and exit points for prana, or universal life energy (living energy). The whole of all your Chakras grouped together is known as your Aura.
The Etheric Body is a thing of wonder, as any illness, disease, or injury (yes injury too) will manifest here BEFORE it manifests in the physical body. Skilled Healers or Clairvoyants can see this damaged area in the etheric body and can often pick up on illnesses or disease before the physical body shows any symptoms. The etheric body is the blueprint for the physical body. Each and every part of our physical body has a corresponding part in the etheric body. There are so many anecdotal stories of amputees complaining of itches in their missing limb, that they cant scratch and which was driving them mad, that now doctors are taking them seriously. The numbers reporting this are just too great to ignore. This is because although their physical limb was removed, THE ETHERIC LIMB WAS NOT! Their etheric body was still intact and that is what they were perceiving.
However the function of the Chakras doesn’t stop there with the physical body. As those stupid tv ads used to say ‘But Wait! There’s More!’.
The Chakras also relate to our life. Thats right. Our Entire Lives are manipulated by our Chakras. Teehehehe, look, I know your jaw is dropping so let me explain. Perhaps if we go through each Chakra one by one and show how they affect our lives it may be less confusing.
Basic Chakra (Found at the Base of the Spinal Column)
I like to start with the Base Chakra (Base/Basic are interchangeable) because without it you wouldnt be here. SERIOUSLY! The Base Chakra regulates and controls your actual physical existence. Tehehehe. I have a brilliant example for this one! In one of my Workshops where I teach Chakral Healing it was near the end of the course and everyone was doing extraordinarly well, so I decided we would do a remote scan (scan is ‘looking’ using your hands) on someone so that they could see that phsyical distance was no barrier to this. Renee Rivkin’s name (A well known Australian Entrepenuer) just popped into my head so we scanned his Chakras. Everyone was doing really well, and I was just sitting there watching, when they all started fidgeting and looking worried.
“Whats the matter?” I asked them. They replied, looking very guilty I might add, that they couldn’t do it anymore.
“WHAT??” I didn’t yell.
“We cant feel anything for the Base Chakra.” They said.
So I scanned also, and discovered that the reason that they couldn’t find anything was that poor Renee’s Base Chakra was almost all gone. Instead of a good 4 or 5 inches his Base Chakra only measured about 1/2 inch across. Oh Dear. I explained to my group that unless Renee sought an Energy based healing, and SOON, his time on this earth was soon to end. Everyone was of course concerned at this, but I teach that it is not proper to heal someone without their consent, as this interferes with their freewill, so we did nothing.
Renee died the following week. Suicide.
Even after doing the entire course, this example of how REAL the Chakras are shook up the entire group. One by one they all rang me, all blown away about what we had experienced.
Renee’s suicide brings me to another of the Basic Chakras functions. Depression. A small, or depressed Basic Chakra means depression, and as we saw with Renee if the Base Chakra dissappears…..so will your physical body!
Basic Chakra also regulates your life security, like money and homes to live in, a good healthy Base Chakra will mean a healthy flow of money and physical wellbeing. Its kinda circular…..feeds on itself…… if you worry about lack of money (decreases your Basic Chakra) this may lead to depression (a depressed Basic Chakra) which in turn may lead to suicide (NO Chakra). Not a good cycle to be in. If you suffer from depression seek an energy healer NOW.
The Sex Chakra (located just above the pubic hair line)
This is the centre that controls the sexual drives, sexual issues, as well as charisma and sexual magnetism. (On the physical level it relates to the function of the sexual organs and the lower digestive tract.) It also contributes to creativity, well being, and social issues. The Primordial or Group Prana (or Chi) is found here. For example someone with a Sex Chakra that is not functioning properly/efficiently may find that they feel somewhat ‘disconnected’ from their friends, and society in general. As the Chakra is simply not working properly this is a temporary situation, and with a little effort will quickly remedy itself. What on the other hand if instead of not working properly the Chakra was very small in its natural working state (or extremely clogged up and hardly functioning)? In that case this person will likely have a lack of sexual magnetism, a total lack of charisma, possibly have some sort of sexual issues, and would likely be a loner (avoiding of society). As it would seem to be the aim of our lifetimes to grow and expand our chakras someone with a small Sex Chakra likely will be learning lessons about self love, body image issues, and or social acceptance issues.
All of the Chakras interelate to each other, but the ones with physical proximity have a stronger effect, so the Sex Chakra is closely tied to the Base Chakra (as well as the Navel). This means that our sense of well-being, and our view of ourselves (our self image) reflected in the Sex Chakra are closely linked to our Happiness or Depression reflected in the Base Chakra. So LOVE THYSELF! In all respects.
Another sign that the Sex Chakra is out of whack is severe period pain, and or endometriosis. In my healing work I have found that endometriosis only occurs in women who have malfunctioning Sex Chakras. In my opinion this is directly linked to poor body image and sexual identity issues. That is these women dont think that THEIR body is good enough, they dont think that THEY are good enough (and HEY I’ve been there!)……which is also linked to the sexual identity.
The Navel Chakra (located at the navel. duh)
This centre is the Seat of Spiritual Power, it is the sense of Spiritual Identity, and your sense of WHO you are. It is here that the beautiful Golden Spiritual energy is stored (ever wonder why the Buddha is often portrayed with a big fat golden belly? Well now you know!) This is the seat of the I AM power. This is where we store our REAL power, and also where we give it out from when we give our power to someone else. During healing work when I find etheric cords of connection between people that are undesirable they are often attached around the Navel area.
It is interesting to note here how these issues controlled by these lower Chakras inter-relate and ‘feed’ each other. Our Base Chakra controls our physical reality(ie house,money,possessions etc), our physical body (our life), and our depression/happiness, whilst the Sex Chakra holds domain over our Charisma, our sexuality, our self-image, our sexual issues, and our ability to relate harmoniously and contribute to those around us (social issues), and our Navel relates to our Inner Sense of Self, our Spiritual Self Image, our Inner Power, Spiritual Power.
Now if all these Chakras interact strongly with each other it is easy to understand how and why someone with a mental dialogue of self criticism (not trusting self) which affects the Navel, may lead to body identity issues in the Sex Chakra, which in turn may lead to social issues in the Sex Chakra, which then flows down into the Base Chakra and manifests as mild depression. Perhaps physical life setbacks manifest in the areas of money/security as the Base Chakra struggles to function to bring into reality the bounty of the Universe. So now to top it all off you may be unemployed with money struggles, which may lead to further issues of self worth (Navel), and further issues of body identity or social function/contact (Sex), which leads to further/deeper depression (Base).
Can you see how these Chakras are interelating to create your life?? Lets look at a more positive image.
I have a client who came to me suffering severe depression, she came to me for a Tarot Reading, and me being me told her I would only do a reading for her if she let me do a healing as well. She was living about 300kms from me at the time so everything was done over the phone, which is no problem when working with the etheric as physical distance is no barrier. In fact I could ‘feel’ her depression over the phone which is why I asked if I could do a healing for her. She agreed. So I did both the reading and the healing then and there. She rang me back within a few days requesting another healing as the first one had had such a dramatic effect for her. She had some appetite back, and could actually eat some food and get some sleep, and she was feeling better than she had for months! Over the next few weeks we did more healings and the results were dramatic indeed. This woman later admitted to me that at the time she came to me she was suicidal. After a few healings she was strong enough to leave the abusive and damaged relationship she was in and begin her recovery proper. Today she is totally recovered from her severe depression and her life has turned around. She is happily married to a wonderful man, they have a child together and are expecting another on the way now. She no longer suffers from depression, and she still gets semi-regular healings from either me or one of my students to maintain her excellent etheric health.
Knowledge of the Chakras gives you Knowledge and thus Control over your life. Actually you are ALWAYS in control of your life, however no-one has taught you how to use the controls yet thats all!
Learning about the Chakras will give you the tools to actively direct your life.
The Solar Plexus Chakra (located at the base of the sternum [chest])
I like to refer to this Chakra as the ‘I Own That!’ Chakra. Or the ‘Whats mine is mine, and Whats Yours is Mine too’ Chakra. It is the Chakra that regulates our self confidence, our ownership of possessions and power over others, and, like our Navel, our acceptance of self, or not as the case may be. It is also the Chakra that regulates our addictions and lower vibratory emotions, like jealousy, anger, frustration etc. Someone with an over active Solar Plexus Chakra is likely to be a very pushy person, who likes to dominate others, whilst someone with a small or non-functioning Solar Plexus Chakra will be walking around with a big ‘Please Walk All Over Me’ sign attached to their foreheads (well they may as well be!).
A good real life example of this was once I was chatting to a couple (as in a couple in a relationship) and was telling them about the Chakras. The woman immediately wanted me to ‘read’ them. Sigh, you get that alot. Anyways, I didn’t really feel like it but I also don’t like to say no so I quickly and simply scanned both of their Solar Plexus Chakras, and got an ‘instant picture’. She had an Overactive Solar Plexus Chakra and his was almost invisible. So what does that mean? It means that She tells hims what to do and he does it! She wears the pants in that relationship and he wears the ‘walk all over me’ sign on the head. So this is what I told them. Their jaws dropped open with astonishment. HOW could I know that? And all in under about 3 seconds flat. And, Yes, they confirmed it was true.
If you were to go to a job interview and wanted to appear Strong, Powerful, and Together meditating on your Navel and Solar Plexus Chakras may give you the edge you need.
The Heart Chakra (located on chest at heart level)
This is our centre for our capacity to love, to show love to others, and is the centre for forgiveness. All Healers have large Heart Chakras (they have to in order to be attracted to healing, small Heart Chakras are not attracted to the healing arts), and all Lightworkers have large Heart Chakras. People who have difficulties in their Heart Chakras may experience emotional difficulties, emotional pains, have difficulty expressing love to others (and self), and be emotionally ‘cold’ towards others and unforgiving. A small Heart Chakra can lead to relationship problems, or even the inability to HAVE a relationship.
Looking at this, one thing seems clear….You wouldnt want to marry someone with a tiny Heart Chakra and a large Solar Plexus Chakra!!! They wouldn’t feel love or perhaps couldn’t show love while at the same time ordering you about as if they own you. Great!
The Throat Chakra (located at the base of the throat approx where adams apple is or just below it)
This Chakra affects our communications with others, and our creativity. So problems in the throat chakra area will affect how we relate to people, how we solve conflicts, or how we speak our truth to others, or not.
One story about the throat chakra springs to mind…… I was doing a healing on a girl and her throat chakra was a mess. I cleaned it up, and asked her if she was going through any issues or problems to do with speaking her mind. She told me about some issues she was having with some girls at her work. About 2 weeks after the pranic healing I heard back from this girl. Her problems at work had miraculously resolved themselves after she was able to speak up for herself, without being aggressive, just to simply put her case to those involved. Major Improvement.
Often people will have relationship issues if their throat and sex chakras are not functioning properly, as these two centres are connected, and they both hold domain over creativity. This can be a messy situation as you not only have issues but also you can find you cant or wont talk about your issues. Tehehehe. And hey, doesn’t that sound familiar??!! Thankfully most of us will only suffer from this periodically rather than living in this state.
Ajna Chakra (located between the eyebrows)
The Ajna Chakra is our main chakral ‘control centre’. It regulates the other chakras. It also regulates your view of life. That is do you see the ‘Big Picture’? Or are you ‘Narrow Minded’? See how our everyday language reflects the actuality of our energy body. And we’re supposed to believe we are getting smarter as a whole, and that ancients were less intelligent than ourselves? Well where did these snippets of true wisdom that speckle our language come from then? There is much knowledge that has been stolen, that is now being rediscovered. A healthy Ajna will reflect in a balanced view of life, a natural flow of life. An unbalanced Ajna will reflect in life smacking you in the face and your reaction. This happens to us all from time to time when our Ajna’s get out of whack. It is that time when you feel like you are on a rollercoaster, life issues just keep popping up in your face demanding attention, and you loose track of whats really important as you get caught up in the immediate ups and downs of life.
Clean up your Ajna and allow life to unfold with much less drama, and more conscious control. The more you worry the more damage you are doing to your Ajna chakra.
PERSISTENT Negative thoughts (destructive thoughts, guilt, anger, frustration based thought is negative thought) dirty the Ajna and prevent proper function. And we all know what that feels like right?! Positive thoughts of self love and self acceptance are much healthier for your Ajna, and much more ‘funner’ too! Notice I say PERSISTENT negative thoughts here. This does not mean never get angry, never think about the evil, pain, or wickedness in the world, we need empathy, it is our gift. BUT it does mean don’t ‘live’ in this state. If you feed your conscious mind thoughts full of self love and empowerment then you can handle the darker areas of reality better. Keeping your thoughts positive DOES NOT MEAN ignoring the world around you. Rather it means making sure you have the mental power to FIGHT BACK against the injustice, and wickedness you find in the world.
Meditation is one excellent tool for cleaning up that Ajna. In fact meditation can clean up ALL your chakras! There are different forms of meditation, and some are better than others. Some forms of meditation can leave you open to mind manipulation, or psychic attack. I personally recommend focused intent, and focused breathing as the best methods for meditation. Always call on the ONE TRUE CREATOR AND SOURCE OF ALL. Be specific because there are other entities that most people are completely unaware of that will happily answer your call if you simply say God, and they are not good. And they are certainly not God. And do not call on some so called Master or Angel, would be my advice. Too many darker entities can answer to these calls and they certainly CAN deceive you, despite what you may think. So stick you your own power and the power of the ONE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL would be my advice.
Forehead Chakra (located um erm thats right! the forehead!)
This is the psychic centre which gives us vision into the spiritual world (the astral world). This is the Chakra that is usually well developed in clairvoyants, and mediums and the like. Everyone has a forehead Chakra. Everyone has a psychic centre, not just some people. How ‘psychic’ you are will depend on the size of your forehead chakra. Large charkra means clearer signals coming through, less distortion. But be aware that there will always be distortion, as we find ourselves in this third density. Distortion comes from small chakras or muck clogging up the pathways, the channels. ‘Muck’ is baggage. Your Issues, your buttons, are ‘muck’. The conditioning of your mind is ‘muck’. Any limiting beliefs are ‘muck’. So we see that the matrix reality we find ourselves in itself is creating part of the distortion.
Quite a number of people in my experience have a block on their forehead chakra that is still there from a previous incarnation, or put there by some other source. That is, society norms of witchburning and the like have over many lifetimes conditioned us all to block our forehead chakras. Again for more background information on the why’s and how’s of this see those books mentioned earlier by David Icke. I have copies of them as ebooks if anyone is interested please ask me. I do not sell them, I do not charge for them.
Many, many people world wide are finding their forehead chakras opening up without conscious stimulation, ie without ‘help’. Many people are experiencing psychic phenomena that is new to them. This is in part due to the bombardment we are experiencing from the Great Central Sun, as we align with the Galactic Plane. For more information on this see John Major Jenkins’s work, especially his book ‘The Galactic Alignment :2012′. If you are one of these people who suddenly find that they ‘know’ stuff that they shouldn’t know (like who is on the phone when it rings for example), or has other psychic phenomena happening to them, don’t be afraid, just be aware of what is happening to you. And be aware that it is perfectly natural and you are not alone. It is occurring world wide. Also, don’t focus on dates or time frames, these are guides only, and the timing may be out.
It is also partly due to the matrix reality we find ourselves in, disintergrating. The veil over our eyes, ears and hears, appears to be thinning, changing. More and more people are awakening to the artificial reality created for us by our supposed ’superiors’. What a load of bollocks, these people are evil, and more than likely know it. The Crown Chakra (located at the top of the head)
The Centre for Divine Connection. The spiritual cord (the Antakarana) flows through the crown chakra connecting us to the ONE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL. Divine Light & Love (light and love are NOT the same thing) flows down through this cord into our Crown Chakra and into our etheric body. Two of the most effective methods for strengthening and clearing the Crown Chakra are focused breathing and intent meditation, and prayer. Again, be specific about WHOM you are praying to.
When I teach Chakral Healing we do a little experiment once the class is able to efficiently scan the etheric body with their hands. We pick a volunteer and we all measure their Crown Chakra. Then we ask the volunteer to pray for about 1 or 2 minutes, then we all scan again. It can be amazing the difference a minute or two praying can make to the Crown Chakra. Some even double in size. The ‘average’ (I hate to say average as we are all so different) size for the Antakarana, or spiritual cord is usually measured in centremetres, however I have met people with Antakaranas the size of dinner plates! As I said we are all so different in our Oneness.
Put it all together.
Learning how your energy body works is a very efficient way of gaining more immediate control over your life. Each thought is helping to creat your reality within the confines of this artificial matrix reality. Thoughts are energy like everything else, and when you think a thought often we call this a thought pattern. The energy of thought patterns create thoughtforms within your etheric body, This is why persistent negative thinking is ’self feeding’, as this negative thoughtform sits in your etheric body impulsing you to think it some more! However so are positive thoughtforms! So you can use this knowledge to gain control over your mind. Imagine a life free from that little voice that ‘makes’ you worry, or stress. A way out of ‘Monkey Mind Chatter’. A way to release those thoughts of worry, of inadequacy, of feeling inferior.
As you gain control over your thinking, and your etheric body changes to reflect this, so changes your life. If you were having problems relating to people at work, you will find that things have a way of sorting themselves out, like things just slip into place. As your etheric body reflects your ideas about yourself back to others, what do you want to be telling them? Do you want to be broadcasting ‘walk all over me’ or ‘don’t notice me’ or even ‘I’m not good enough, punish me’? Or do we want to be broadcasting ‘I am a Divine Being’, or ‘I am worthy’, or even ‘I accept me for who I am right now’. How differently these energy states are. Yet the only thing manipulating them is our own thoughts.
Think about it. Our own thoughts are sabotaging us! My favourite professor at Uni used to have a saying, he said “Where goes the Mind, So goes the Soul.” How true! And you could also say that another way…..Where goes the mind so the life follows! Learning about and healing the energy body benefits you in countless ways, although the most beneficial in my mind is the most obvious, control of your own thoughts. If you can control your mind, your thought energy can be constructive instead of destructive. Your mind can be your best friend instead of your constant reminder that you are not good enough. (Cause you ARE good enough ya hear!)
In my mind this is the biggest lie taught by the Church - that we are all innately ’sinners’. What Crap! How is this going to affect your mental state? You want positive thoughtforms, how about ‘Im a sinner, in fact Im so bad that God had to kill his own son for me.;’ Lovely! Now live with that guilt and see how clear you can connect with the Divine! Its a travesty. We are not innately sinners in fact we are innately Divine! Me wonders why the Church didn’t broadcast that little bit of information instead…. Oh? Thats right! Frightened people are easier to control than enlightened people. Remember it is only in the last hundred years or so that we the ‘ordinary’ people have even been able to read the bible for ourselves, before that we were deemed unworthy and too unintelligent to understand it.
Learn to control your negative thought patterns, and learn how to create a new reality for yourself by opening your mind to the real magic of the world. The Divine. You are a Divine Being, your Will helps to create your reality. Learn how to expand your mind beyond the limited face of reality you have been conditioned to believe is all there is. Learn to open to a wonderous new existence as a conscious Divine Being! With power.

The first step to learning how to scan and cleanse is to sensitize your hands to the energy. To learn how to ‘feel’ the energy with your hands.
There are a couple of little ‘tools’ that will help with this.
1.Rubbing your hands together briskly and briefly and,
2.applying lavender essential oil to your hands.

I rarely use lavender oil these days because my hands are already so sensitized that a brisk rub is all I need (if that). But when I was a beginner I used lavender oil COPIOUSLY (lol).
Lavender oil is also an excellent etheric cleanser, and a natural anti-bacterial. So it is very useful to carry a bottle of lavender oil around with you. (I still do lol).

Once your hands are sensitized, you need something to ’scan’ with them. If there is no person available to scan their energy field, an animal, or plant will do nicely. Failing all of these things, you can make your own energy field (ball) to scan.

Here’s how.
Hold your hands out in front of you like you were holding a ball.
Then ‘breathe’ into the ball THROUGH your hands.
I always make sure I am drawing down real divine energy from THE ONE when doing this.
Just focus on The ONE, I call out to him 3 times ,
ie I CALL ON THE ONE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL
I CALL ON THE ONE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL
I CALL ON THE ONE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL
Then ‘breathe’ this energy into your body through the top of your head, down into your body, and down your arms, then out your hands.
You can visualize the energy being white light if you like, it can help with focus.
Once you have put in maybe 5-10 breaths just tell your ball to stablize.
Imagine bright, light blue, light sealing the ball.
This prevents your ball from disintergrating while you finish the exercise.

Now for the scanning itself.
Have your ‘target’ in front of you, whether that be a person, animal, plant, or ball of energy.
The idea is to ‘feel’ their energy with your hands.
I find it easier to make small ’sweeping’ movements with my hands. Starting out wider than you expect the energy field to be.
As you pass your hands through the energy barrier of either the ball or person you will feel a sensation. People feel this sensation differently.
Some feel it as a tingle.
Some as a heat.
Some as a coldness.
Some as a ‘pressure’ on their palms.

This tingle, heat or coldness that you are feeling is the effect of the energy on your hands.
With practice you can tell the state of the energy from the sensation on your hands. For example I feel ‘dirty’ energy as a tingle, but good healthy energy as a heat.

As you get used to feeling this energy, you will notice a lot more senstions. Like gluggy, or sticky energy, lumpy energy etc etc.
But to start with, just practice feeling the energy itself, so you can recognise it.

The more you scan and clean other ppl, not only the better you will get at it, but also your ‘minds eye’ will work better. You will receive impressions from ppl while you are cleansing them.
But dont worry about this at first.
Just concentrate on being able to feel the energy. The impressions WILL come, but maybe later.
And I must point out, that you DO NOT need to get impressions for the HEALING TO WORK. You do not even need to be able to feel the energy for the healing to work.
Your intention and focus is enough for the healing to work.
I believe that the hands just help you to focus your MIND. I believe that it is the MIND that is REALLY doing all the work!!

For those that made an energy ball to practice with, now you can have a little treat if you so wish. You can use this energy that you have just created to give yourself an etheric boost.
It’s easy, just pick you ball up (intention is all you need, but use your hands to focus) and drop it down over the top of your head and BREATH IN at the same time. This is breathing in your energy ball.
I always get a head rush when I do this LOL.

Firstly …. I ALWAYS call on the power of the ONE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL before I begin doing anything.

I focus on breathing IN the power from the ONE for a couple of minutes. But if you are under real time attack you can just take one deep breath of power from the One. But if you have time, more breaths are better.
.
Draw this breath/power deep into your being.
There is a point near your navel which is called the Ka.
It is in different positions on different ppl but it is generally just above or just below the navel.
Anyway, it doesnt matter if you know where yours is or not, just focus into the CENTRE of your being. It will automatically go to the Ka.
.
Then you ‘push’ this power from the One out of your Ka like ripples in a pond. Waves of energy bursting from your Ka. Rippling across the room. When I push, I push from deep within, and it is an actual physical push, not just a thought. You kinda do it with your internal muscles rather than the external muscles. I also think you use your diaphram.
**Blush** I dont like other ppl being around when I do this, as I make a lovely grunting noise LOL!

You can suck down as much power from the One as you like and keep up these ‘pushes’ for as long as necessary.

Pushing is good for defense.
This next one is good for attack!
.
Again, always focus on the ONE TRUE SOURCE of ALL, and draw power into you.
When you are being attacked, focus your attention on the heart of the one attacking you. You don’t need to be able to ‘feel’ where they are, just imagine they are standing right in front of you. Reach into their chest and start to squeeeeeeze that heart.
I use both my mind/intention AND my physical body. I actually reach my physical hand out and SQUEEEZE the air in front of me.
While you are squeezing the heart, pump energy into your body from the ONE, and breathe this energy into your hand that is doing the squeezing.

You will likely feel your hand warm up. But even if you don’t it will still be working.
.
I often use/see red energy flowing into heart from my hand, this pumps up the blood pressure. Sometimes I put red energy into their blood pressure chakra (the Mein Ming) which is located on the small of the back. Both methods work to increase the pressure they are feeling on their heart.

You can just do it for a minute and give the attacker a ’scare’ …. or you can hold it until you can no longer sense that heart beating.
.
So far I have not been able to bring myself to kill a fellow human. Even ones inhabited by a reptoid consciousness.
HOWEVER, I am quite able to kill a reptoid. It’s like,… coming home.

I want to point out, that reptoids have MORE THAN ONE HEART. I don’t know this for sure, but I know that is what I feel when attacking them. It would seem, that regular reptoids have 2 hearts and the reptilian ‘royalty’ have 3.
See what you sense for yourself, and if you feel guided to use BOTH hands … do so …..
When I found the bugga with 3 hearts … I had to use both hands and one foot!!! LOL!

Now when you are finished DON’T FORGET TO CUT from them! I actually use my physical arms like sissors and cut the air in front of me. And think ‘CUT’. You don’t want any remaining energy ties between you that may be used against you!

I am studying two books on Pranic healing… slow process, as so much I do know from Rieki (master/teacher) and Chios (also M/T)…and a few others… but are sometimes just different… I now know why the Pranic healing is so much better… the clearing away of the negative bioplasm!!! that is omitted in both the other systems.. and the “healing reaction of the body” is so frustrating for someone to watch, or explain to a subject…

They create the nightmares by plugging your 3 eye chackra and messing with your memories and emotions. As you are struggling in a dream, they keep on sucking the energy released by the plug on the belly button. Be sure to cover them.
On my neck I wear lots of cotton head bands filled with rock salt.
On the head, 3rd eye and crown chackra I made a helmet of cotton head bands filled w/salt carefully covering them.

Copper penny grounding device
Copper is a good conductor for energy.
Reps send a stream of negative energy at you that breaches your aura and connects to them. Through this stream they suck energy from you.
If you are grounded their stream will be discharged on earth and they miss the hit.
Use older pennies, the percentage of copper is higher.
For each foot, cut 2 pieces of fabric at the shape of your shoe.
Put the pennies in between 2 pieces of fabric and sew them together, (do not spare pennies)
Wear them on both feet inside your shoes, nobody can see them.
What happens is that you will be better grounded and more protected against psychic attacks. (Avoid stepping in water if there is a live wire around :0) )
During the night, push comes to shove I smudge the bedroom with white sage.
I use passive defenses because I am real bad at visualizing.

Hi Lululala, Good suggestions. My friend Roger whom I wrote about in the abductee category tried to fill a sleeping bag with rock salt but found it so uncomfortable that he gave up. He would sleep in a chair with a metal pig-face helmet to keep the reps from drilling into his head. He actually did have some damage which came out in an MRI.

I woke up from a nightmare and there was a red skin demon with wings and horns looking at me. Size was like 6 inches, head and torso visible.
They are becoming more and more visible!
