The International Astronomical Union (IAU), the body that demoted Pluto, has now formally dubbed the object formerly known unofficially as “Easterbunny” and officially as 2005 FY9. The newest member of the dwarf planet family will be called “Makemake” — which isn’t a redundancy or a child’s happy gibberish. It’s the name of the Polynesian creator of humanity and the god of fertility.
It’s also pronounced “MAH-keh MAH-keh” and is one of the largest known objects in our outer solar system — those objects that dwell beyond Neptune. Just a bit smaller and dimmer than Pluto, the dwarf planet is reddish. Astronomers think its surface is a layer of frozen methane.
Makemake was discovered in 2005 by a California Institute of Technology team led by Mike Brown. You may recall it has an important spot in the history of our solar system discoveries, along with Eris and 2003 EL61. The discovery of that trio of objects caused the IAU to reconsider the definition of a planet, prompting them to create the new “dwarf planet” category.
Because he was the man behind the plutoid find, Mike Brown got to name the object. He explains his reasoning thus: “We consider the naming of objects in the Solar System very carefully. Makemake’s surface is covered with large amounts of almost pure methane ice, which is scientifically fascinating, but really not easily relatable to terrestrial mythology. Suddenly, it dawned on me: the island of Rapa Nui. Why hadn’t I thought of this before? I wasn’t familiar with the mythology of the island so I had to look it up, and I found Makemake, the chief god, the creator of humanity, and the god of fertility. I am partial to fertility gods. Eris, Makemake, and 2003 EL61 were all discovered as my wife was 3-6 months pregnant with our daughter. I have the distinct memory of feeling this fertile abundance pouring out of the entire Universe. Makemake was part of that.”
Rapa Nui is also Easter Island — so Brown means the name is a nod to the dwarf planet’s first and unofficial “Easterbunny” name. And it’s fertile origins. Makemake was “the chief god of the Tangata manu bird-man cult and was worshiped in the form of sea birds, which were his incarnation. His material symbol was a man with a bird’s head,” according to the IAU’s press release.

My husband and I enjoy sitting outside as the sky turns night and the stars come out. We have this little fenced nook with two chairs, small table, three rose bushes(blooming now) and a nice view of the sky. We star gaze nightly

Hi everyone. I had the neatest experience happen to confirm that the One is for sure here and is doing all that Peggy and others are getting in their reversals.

We went to the zoo and I decided to direct my thoughts to the gorilla telepathically to see if I really could communicate with him. I told him hi and let him know what I was doing and that I could not hear him, but that I knew he could hear me. I then proceeded to ask him if he knew about the One being here and about how he was taking the reptilians away and that soon we would all be free. Well, he was facing the other way, watching the other gorillas out of a window, so I just went on about tending to the kids and just a few seconds later he started making his way over to where I was standing when I ’spoke’ to him and as he neared the glass wall, then came directly up to where I had moved to and put his hand on the glass and looked me directly in the eyes and shook his head yes.

I was so surprised that he obviously was answering my questions. There was no doubt about it…that he was responding to me. After I had gotten over the initial shock and glee of his responding to me, I asked him if it was o.k. if we took some pictures and he stayed right there and sat down for me to take a pix of my son with him. I told him that this is my son and he picked up a little ape figurine and waved it. I think he might have been telling me that it was his child or that maybe he had a child. He then made kissy lips towards a friend of the family’s little girl, Sara, who is one and cute as a button. Funny that when we left he exhibit area he headed back over to the window.

Apologies if this has been covered somewhere before (I can’t seem to locate the glossary of RS terms right now). When ever I reverse about chemtrails (I’m fascinated by them since I saw three black orbs dancing around in one) I always always always get, “Really make me sick.” Anyone else get something like this for chemtrails. If you need to adjust the speed and tempo, Highlight the entire recording, Slow it ALL down to a comfortable speed for your hearing (I cant tell you what level,you have to uses your own ears to decide that)for me it was about 8 to 11, down on speed, and the tempo depended on the speaker.
Tempo was a real revelation for me, It slows the pacing of the sound bites with out altering the pitch,and tone.
Next Pay attention to the visual appearance of the wave pattern. If its tight and solid blue,(usually is to start with)I use the little magnifying glass Icon to stretch it out JUST ENOUGH to see the vertical lines,and still see the points where it gets narrow like a wasp waist.
It’s USUALLY,! thickest in the middle of a word, and thinnest at the end of a word. Use your visual clues,drag and highlight , one or two words At A time. Some times a word sound wont make any sense until you hear it IN the context of the Following or preceding words.
If your recording your self, deiberatly pause for a breath between sentences, I even do a little tongue cluck sound to make a break line between one sentence and the next as visual clue for later.

I have Made a habit of Highlighting the first word, with the cursor, select reverse, and tap the space bar,or the green triangle play key.and listen On word at a time holding the cursor on the edge of the high light and moving it forwards, a little at a time,I Usually listen to 3 to 4 words in a row and then pause to write it all down.
I type it on to word pad or compose in my email, I get Less interference in word pad, I used to write it all down IN pencil, in large 1 and 1/2 inch thick Spiral binders, I have about 7, full cover to cover.
But now I discipline my self to record it in a file.

Bobo give audacity a try, I tried one other recording program and two different versions of Audacity and I really prefer a the new Audacity program that’s available for free, Its really smooth and simple to use.

I have Only been RS-ing a year now, and I have trained my ear to not need to change speed, tempo or pitch, it really is like learning a new language, at first it all sounds like gibberish, then you get the hang of it, and before you know it your fluent in RS.

You did Just fine, and YES, you can hear different, things in ONE single recording.
The best way I can explain it,( and I know It’s a feable explanation)
Is to tell you there are layers of information encoded in reverse speech, like more then one voice is answering your question and wording there reply slightly different.
I did a lot of experimenting with RS because, I didn’t want to bother others, asking HOW DO I DO IT, so I learned threw experimentation.
I, found if I used all the sounds in the recording the message, including the heavy HISSING sounds, (sSs) and the (metalick clicks and chirps), the message became a negative one, that did not fit.
the second try at reversing it, I tries isolating the (SsS) sounds and Ignoring the (click/chirps), the message was more clear, and truthful.
I have come to associate the sSs with the reptiles, and the click,chirp, with the Greys, or other class of aliens.
you will notice in my reversals that sSs often leads, and follows any/many, comments regarding the reps.
Its almost like they cant help them selves, Hissing any time we mention there names, or what there up to, or have done. like a gasp, or curse word.
They hear us all the time, and are hyper aware when we talk about them, there always there listening.

Well, he was facing the other way, watching the other gorillas out of a window, so I just went on about tending to the kids and just a few seconds later he started making his way over to where I was standing when I ’spoke’ to him and as he neared the glass wall, then came directly up to where I had moved to and put his hand on the glass and looked me directly in the eyes and shook his head yes.

I was so surprised that he obviously was answering my questions. There was no doubt about it…that he was responding to me. I’m so glad you guys enjoyed hearing about my gorilla conversation. I have tried to reverse speaking to my dog before, but she wasn’t interested. I had to wait till I got home from visiting my parents before I could reverse on it to make sure I wasn’t mistaking. I love rs in that it confirms things right on the money. It’s amazing how people will condemn you for knowing what’s really going on in the world. In audacity go to effects then change speed.Some people use Change tempo. I slow it down to about -20 percent at the most.

If you need to adjust the speed and tempo, Highlight the entire recording, Slow it ALL down to a comfortable speed for your hearing (I cant tell you what level,you have to uses your own ears to decide that)for me it was about 8 to 11, down on speed, and the tempo depended on the speaker.
Tempo was a real revelation for me, It slows the pacing of the sound bites with out altering the pitch,and tone.
Next Pay attention to the visual appearance of the wave pattern. If its tight and solid blue,(usually is to start with)I use the little magnifying glass Icon to stretch it out JUST ENOUGH to see the vertical lines,and still see the points where it gets narrow like a wasp waist.
It’s USUALLY,! thickest in the middle of a word, and thinnest at the end of a word. Use your visual clues,drag and highlight , one or two words At A time. Some times a word sound wont make any sense until you hear it IN the context of the Following or preceding words.
If your recording your self, deiberatly pause for a breath between sentences, I even do a little tongue cluck sound to make a break line between one sentence and the next as visual clue for later.

I have Made a habit of Highlighting the first word, with the cursor, select reverse, and tap the space bar,or the green triangle play key.and listen On word at a time holding the cursor on the edge of the high light and moving it forwards, a little at a time,I Usually listen to 3 to 4 words in a row and then pause to write it all down.
I type it on to word pad or compose in my email, I get Less interference in word pad, I used to write it all down IN pencil, in large 1 and 1/2 inch thick Spiral binders, I have about 7, full cover to cover.
But now I discipline my self to record it in a file.

And last there is the NON word Epiglottis sound Usually at the end of a sentence,Like a chk or huk sound right at the end of a word like a tail. this is just the Epiglottis closing and I generally clip it off with the curser.

Bobo give audacity a try, I tried one other recording program and two different versions of Audacity and I really prefer a the new Audacity program that’s available for free, Its really smooth and simple to use.

The best way I can explain it,( and I know It’s a feable explanation)
Is to tell you there are layers of information encoded in reverse speech, like more then one voice is answering your question and wording there reply slightly different.
I did a lot of experimenting with RS because, I didn’t want to bother others, asking HOW DO I DO IT, so I learned threw experimentation.
I, found if I used all the sounds in the recording the message, including the heavy HISSING sounds, (sSs) and the (metalick clicks and chirps), the message became a negative one, that did not fit.
the second try at reversing it, I tries isolating the (SsS) sounds and Ignoring the (click/chirps), the message was more clear, and truthful.
I have come to associate the sSs with the reptiles, and the click,chirp, with the Greys, or other class of aliens.
you will notice in my reversals that sSs often leads, and follows any/many, comments regarding the reps.
Its almost like they cant help them selves, Hissing any time we mention there names, or what there up to, or have done. like a gasp, or curse word.
They hear us all the time, and are hyper aware when we talk about them, there always there listening.

I’ve been practicing my reversals and it seems that as fast as I take in forwards, I talk even faster in reverse! I’ve been asking mostly about other people and whether to trust, but I always prattle on about myself in reverse. So I sat down today and asked myself what I was trying to say. Mixed results.
